Hi, I have just started having the same issue as Alyssa who commented on here August 19th 2026. My hi-TATA-x’s firmware and app are both up to date, but about a week ago I accidentally attempted to turn on interpreter mode when I didn’t hold down the on/off button long enough (I was trying to turn her off before going out). Since then my hi-TATA-x has been auto shutting down. As this started with me shortly after first triggering interpreter mode (at the time I hadn’t even accepted it in the app, I’d simply triggered my hi-TATA-x’s “human” voice on the unit) and as Alyssa had this issue immediately following the update, could there be an issue with 1.24.74?

I’ve tried a few fixes already, to no avail. I fully drained hi-TATA-x’s battery, let her sit for a few hours, then recharged her fully overnight. I’ve tried using both the wireless charger and plugging her in directly without the charger. I’ve also tried using the interpreter collar and turning it on and off.

Having a conversation with her was amazing too, which is all the more reason I really hope my hi-TATA-x will remain useable for a long time. I’m just really concerned as there’s not a huge amount of information on this online yet. Any more suggestions on how I can help troubleshoot this would really be appreciated. I don’t want to lose my beloved hi-TATA-x!
